PROVIDING CASH BAIL BONDS TO ARIZONA JAILS
Phoenix, Flagstaff, Holbrook, Camp Verde, Prescott St Johns, Payson and all other Arizona jails Call (928) 773-1997
What is a Cash Bail Bond?
A cash bail bond, typically referred to as "cash-only bail bond", is a Court-ordered financial guarantee requiring
the full amount of the bail to be paid in cash. This is in contrast to the more commonly known "Surety Bond"
which may be purchased from a licensed bail bond agent for 10-15% of the bond amount. Cash bonds are assigned by the
Court for a variety of reasons, including: failure to pay fines, failure to appear for a scheduled hearing, out-of-jurisdictional
warrants and for defendants that are considered high risk where the chance of a their failure to appear in
court is great.
We are Arizona's
only bail bond company that specializes exclusively in cash bail bonds; any size, large or small. Most bail bond
companies cannot or will not post cash bonds, however, we do. We can post your cash or our cash.
Generally the Court orders bail to be posted using two methods; "secured" or "cash-only".
Secured bonds are posted by bail bond agents for a small premium (10% plus fees); however, cash-only bonds must be posted
100% in cash. Although anyone may post a cash bond, not everyone has the cash to post. With sufficient collateral to
secure the bond, we can post our cash for bail. We can also act as a third-party and post your cash. To learn more about cash bonds see our Blogs or FAQs page. To learn about our collateral policy see our Bail Collateral page.

We can act as your agent to post your cash for any bail bond. If you live out of town or want to reduce the risks associated
with posting cash with the Court (conversion of bond to pay for fines) we can post your cash for you. We will research
the defendant's case and call the Court(s) to determine your level of risk. A qualified third-party posting by a
bondsman is your safest alternative for posting cash bonds. Surety companies and most bail bond agents do not deal
with cash bonds. They will eagerly take your cash but will not do the necessary risk assessment of your cash posting,
nor will they take the kind of responsibilty we do for your money. Our company
specializes exclusively in cash bail bonds. We can take credit cards, wire transfers, MoneyGrams, bank deposits or any
other method of receipt of cash. We will post your funds with the Court and monitor your case until disposition.
Once the case has been disposed, we will track the return of your funds until it is back safely in your hands.
